Worst service from employee priya t.nagar branch

Hi,

Well axis bank loan section in Tnagar branch chennai. a employee named priya

is an worst kind of person. Even she did not know a basic thing how to interact with a customer.for a personal loan they are asking too many documents and which is not consistent even for SUPER CAT-A company.especially that priya making rude comments to the customer who is talking with her. Can any one suggest ways to make a complaint against her in his organisation.
