Axis Bank
Credit card

I have applied for a credit card in Axis bank on the month of January. Now it is 25th March and till now I did not receive my card. I have already get a credit card statement and paid Rs110 for its activation. The branch where I applied for inform me that it will come through Blue Dart courier service. Since I am staying in a remote area the courier company did not find my address and it returned back. I request them again and again to send it to the specified branch. But the credit card dept. deny to send it to the branch and the result is till now I have no card in my hand.
