Regarding deduction of money from my a/c

I had open a a/c in Axis bank i year ago. At that time they told me that in case of failure of maintaining minimum quarterly average balance, they will deduct 750.00 charges for that. But they did not told me that after penalising for not maintaining the average balance they will charge for the transaction made after that. on 27.03.2010 they deduct around 2750.00 service tax from my account. When i enquiry at branch they told me that 750.00 was deducted for the maintaining the Average bnalance and 2000.00 was deducted as charges for the transaction i was made after penalising for not maintaining the avereage balance.

They are every right to deduct the amount for not maintaining average balance. But they charge the amount for the transaction i was made which i think is inproper in nature. The bank should initimate the customer about their quarterly balance. Kindly take the appropriate steps to ensure the customers are not being cheated by the bank as we from middle class family. it is take 6 months to earn Rs.3000.00 but the Bank deduct it within 6seconds.
