Deduction of money from my a/c

My a/c no. is 345010100001816, a/c holder name Y.Malathy... the issue is, i tried to withdraw an amt. of Rs.6000 from Indian Overseas Bank ATM (Mugappair East Branch) at 7.00 pm on 9/6... the msg. shown in the ATM Machine was "Unable To Dispense" but money was deducted from my a/c... how to solve this issue..pls respond me as soon as possible...
