Hi,

This is Abhishek Sahay, a mass communication student, was working in Aegis Call Centre Noida to earn money to do further study. I was having there Salary A/c with Axis Bank, NOIDA (A/c No. 909010032659446). In March I left that organisation due to some problem. The Axis bank has convert my salary a/c to saving a/c without giving any prior information and deducted consolidated charges Rs. 750/- on 27/03 and then again on 26/06 for Rs. 750/- as consolidated charges. The bank has no system of Right to information and idiotic type of Staff members, whosoever not even have minutes to let me know adjact about consolidated charges of the bank a/c.

Due to these reasons I failed to take admission in some institutes and suffering financial crisis. I would like to know that is there any government's rule that can take some actions against it??? Please help me in this manner that can able to get my money back from the bank.
