Not Giving Statements by post or even on request

Respected Sir,

We have a company A/c. in Axis Bank, Mayur Vihar Phase-II branch we were not getting the statements for the same for long period of time. I went to the bank and requested them to give me the statements for the A/cs as I we have more than one A/c in the branch as earlier we did not know they will behave like this but to my surprise they refused to give me the statement even on explaining that I was not receiving the statements regularly through mails. They said courier men could not find your address but how come it is possible that statement reached me for a month but later they could not find my address actually they are only interested in harrasing people and do not want to cooperate at all and give excuses for not giving the statements as it becomes additional work for them and they do not even know how to talk with customers specially their staff Mr. Pandey he behaves in worst possible manner wtih customers.

Requesting higher authorities of bank to give them a request for cooperation so that people do not opt for closing their A/cs in the bank.
