Poor security checks and customer service

Hi

I am an account holder with Axis Bank Sec 16 Noida branch. Axis bank delivered my new debit card and ATM PIN to an unknown person (without checking/ confirming the identity) who withdrew Rs. 19800 from my account. Moreover, my old debit card and new debit card were functional at the same time which is a big security lapse as well.

I have been following up for 2 months now on my complaint lodged with Axis Bank (Ref - 1011 - 01248), and there is absolutely no progress. I keep calling/ mailing RBO Support and they always have the same answer - a third team is investigating, and we have no clue. Nobody from the RBO team bothers to call or mail to update me.

Axis Bank has no respect for its customers.
