No loan disbursement

Espected sir, this is very shameful about the fake services of axis bank branch-sec.14 gurgaon, loan department. i have given demand letters many times which is obtained by the builder but the respective bank doesn't able to clarify the abbrasive correct tecnical report about the ongoing project i.e omaxe bhiwadi villas.although this is delaying in the loan amount which should be disbursed immediatly.because i have visited there personally the construction also much be upto the mark as per construction link payment plan.
