Your chennai branch is hightly poor performing... never get this much poor response in any of the bank.. not at all getting the customer care numbers of axis bank retails centers.. the numbers starts from 044 24325671 to 75 are simply busy or not attending the calls.. my cusomer pl no s PP0820100134. They have taken te EMI after closing of the loan.. not yet refunded the amount till a month.. closed on 20 th sep. EMI got reflected on 1st oct and not yet received the refund.. its 2nd nov today.. do the needful
