Not closing my credit card

I am axis bank credit card customer. The bank is not closing my card even though I paid all the amount in July for my purchases made on my gold credit card. the bank is continuously sending statement with false interest and penalty. I asked them many times to stop sending statement and close the card but they are asking me that I have amount due for my purchases which totally false. I am surendra kumar mahobia from Hyderabad and my mobile number is 9866606208. AXIS bank is trying to cheat me with their Gold credit card.
