AQB Charges

Hello,

I opened a salary account with AXIS Bank Kalol (Gujrat) Branch but when I leave Gujrat after a few month they transfer my account from the category Salary to General. But in the netbanking my account category is show Salary Account.

My complaint is regarding the Charges for not maintaing AQB. Every time bank charges Rs. 750/- service taxes. Whether if you have AQB Rs. 4999 or Rs. 1 only. But other banks like PNB, HDFC count this charges only on the rest amount of AQB. Like if you have your AQB of Rs. 3000 and bank's AQB is Rs. 5000 then the other bank count the charges only on Rs. 2000 not on Rs. 5000 like AXIS bank.

I think RBI should provide us a forum for complaining the same because after so many times contacting with the Axis Bank personal and also on phonebanks our problems are not solved.
