PERSONAL LOAN

Dear Sir,

I have a salary account 173010100094054 with axis bank. I have been maintaining this account since 3 years now. I applied for a personal loan of 15 lakhs through my nearest axis bank in chennai. They forwarded me to a person called bhupati whose i sthe sales manager for pallavarm region in chennai.i have provided all the required documents required for the processing. After one week i called them for the status enquiry. They have asked me to submit additional documents.i have submited them within an hour of their request. In the second week i again called them for status. They again asked me to submit some more docs and i hv swiftly submitted them too. The representative who has come to collect my docs is Mr arul. He neither knows english nor hindi. So after dealing with him and bhupati for two weeks.there was no response from their side.

i tried calling mr bhupati directly but he never responded infact i felt like he was avoiding.

My account had no flaws... The credit cibil was higher than required. Three weeks passed no message no reply, infact when i applied my loan they promised me a processing period of 1 week. I requested arul to connect to mr.bhupati but he never did..After lots of frustration i applied in hdfc and they processed in 9 days..Because of the bhupati, the sales manager, i lost mental peace as i had some commitements to be fulfilled with my loan amount..IN the third week, mr arul calls me up for my vehivcle loan statement, which i have submitted initially itself..There was no coordination, there was no co operation at all. When i called them again he is asking me to submit my family data..i felt so sick and had to go thru mental agony..

Note: I had a income level of 1.6 lakh per month...

Please take appropriate action against Mr. bhupati, otherwise i will have to withdraw my salary account

from axis and will take my complaint to the court of justice..
