I Debasree Maity an savings account holder of Axis bank. My account No. is 154010100167833& My debit card no is 4688 0515 4014 5038

On 05.04.2011 at 13.47 pm my husband UTTAM KUMAR PAUL went to Garkamalpur ATM for deposit Money in my A/C. but ATM machine replied " Unble to Deposit " Next he came back with this receipt, Next day (06.04.2011) at 19.08pm he went to Tamluk Branch ATM for deposit money. Then he watch that Rs 2000.00 (Two thousand Only) fake debited from my account.

Thus I submit a written complain on TAMLUK AXIS BANK Branch on 07.04.2011

N.B When transaction was processed ATM Security was present in side the ATM Room.

In bank record withdrawl shown on that day (05.04.2011) wthh in Two miniute (13.49pm)

Please advice me.
