Change in type of account without approval

I opened an account in 2003 with Axis bank as student's account. It was told to me that it is a zero balance account. Now when I check my account, the bank has converted my account to savings account and they are deducting 750 rs per quarter from my account without my knowledge. On raising the query, bank says that they have send a courier to my college for the change.

People in bank should be sane enough that a person can not be in a college for the whole of their life. Please help me in getting me my money back.they have stolen 3000/- form my account
