Money looted from Savings Account

Hi,

Axis bank has debited (750 77.25) INR from my account number 027010100657709. When I tried to speak to a Phone banking officer, the service was not available. They said to maintain a min balance of 5000 INR and the balance was more than 7k. Mine is a salary account and I changed the job, In my new job, salary is given through cheques as it isa small company, and I used to deposit that amount every month. They say that the salary is not credited everymonth and thus we have charged your account. While opening account, they come to office and take the employees' particulars but when the employee is resigned no information about the account details will be furnished to them like they have to convert the account to savings account. This is not the first time they charged me.

I am very dissatisfied with this approach.
