Consolidated bank charges for a/c

Hi,

I am a student and have a axis bank account. On 27th June they deducted Rs. 750, plus Rs. 77.25 as 10.30% charges for A/c without informing me. My account went below minimum balance for just 18 days, as money was in my account on 29th June according to my statement. This is quite unfair on me as a student.
