I applied for a credit card 3 months ago. Till now the documents has not been processed. The credit card employees are least interested in making a call to let me know what went wrong.

Moreover the bank has deducted Rs4000 consolidation charges inspite of my maintenance of minimum balance. Moreover, the page which shows charge details is not opening since last 2 weeks.

I am tired of the pathetic service this bank provides and now i have decided to end all my association with this bank.
