DEAR CONCERN,

I really feel awkward to say that courier picked up from branch to dispatch in the local area it will take minimum three days to deliver and to trace that with a pod the local people will not have any communication regarding the status

If this is the service you people are providing for a corporate tie up, then what about the position if we book directly

if this is the service you people continue, better stop the services because inspite of troubling the customers, strongly recommended to stop the services completly
