My Name is A saraswat (09810534229), trying to get provisional certificate (STATEMENT OF HOME LOAN FOR CLAIMING DEDUCTIONS UNDER SECTION 80 (C) AND

24 (b) OF THE INCOME TAX ACT, 1961). for home loan a/c # PH1260100062981.

i have written numerous email and tried reaching out to them through contact number provided - 011-23240611-15 but all that to no avail.

i dopn't think the bank has culture of customer service. i won't recommend dealiong with this bank to anyone in future.
