REGARDING PFC SAVING BOND PURCHASE

Dear sir/madam,

i applied for PFC infrastructure bond of 10 year issue through AXIS Direct with 20000 amount, i dont have any detail about this order and my money deducted from my account.i tried to know through customer care of Axis Bank they said to go for nearest branch, i approached to brach manager and filed application but dnt getting where my money is where in my account statement it showing 20000 deduction.

sir please help me out to get contract note if i got the PFC Bond either plese help to refund my money, it have taken so long.
