Wrong deduction of charges axis bank account

Dear Sir,

I wish to bring into your notice that an amount of Rs750 Service tax

of Rs 78, ie total sum of Rs 828 has been wrongly deducted from my

account no 036010100285827, in the month of Dec. 2011.

You are kindly requested to look into the matter and please refund the

wrongly deducted charges to me, at an earliest possible.

An immediate action on my submission is requested.
