Money not dispensed by the ATM

Dear Sir,

I had an Axis Bank ATM debit card and I swiped the card for 20000 on 02 Feb and no money came. So, I went to the other ATM and swiped and got the money. But money has been credited twice. Please revert how can we get around this issue.
