Consolidated Charges Rs 2800 Savings account

My account has been debited with Rs 2600 10.8 % service tax as consolidated charges. I checked with bank. they told this is charge for not maintaining Quartelry Average balance

charge for Not maintaing quarterly balance - 500

Charge per transaction with out maintaining balance - Rs. 100 (Per transaction ) (22 * 100 = Rs 2200)

for Transactions Rs 80 or 100 or 200 they deducted charge of Rs 100 . how it can be possible?

charge for not maintaining quarterly balance - 500 is fine. But how they can charge for transactions . i am not using banks money . i am using my money. Account minimum balance is Rs.2500 . and the transactons charge they should charge immediately after the transactions not at the year.
