CHEATING IN EDC CHARGE

Respected Sir / Mam,

I am D.Deshakumar an current account holder in AXIS BANK PALLAVARAM CHENNAI..Axis band provided me a edc machine with charges of 1.6% per swipe when i agree to get the machine in 2009..But now days without informing me they are charging me 2% and more in each and every swipe... If i enquire them they are giving me a wrong information and now days i am not satisfied with Axis edc so i reduced card payments and in future i don't mind to cancel it and get edc machines with a bank like kotak mahindra, indus ind, idbi, etc. in which they are charging not more than 1.6% for sure for all cards...

I want answer why AXIS BANK CHARGE more than 2% for each and every swipe???
