Amount deduction from salary account

HI,

My name is sanjayMishra. I have a complaint regarding Axis Bank. I have a salary account in axis bank, i got my salary credited in my account on 4th May amount Rs 7954, but unfortunately amount of Rs 9448 got deducted from my account on 7th May. On enquiring from the HR of the company I came to know that i have used credit card previously due to which amount got deducted to pay the outstanding amount which has not been paid according to the credit card department of the bank. I want to bring to your notice this is actually a fraud from the bank stating somebody's else outstanding amount i am paying from my account. According to the bank i had an previous account with HDFC account and i have been issued a credit card. But in my whole life since i have started working have never

used a credit card. On complaining several time in the bank they informed me that they will take strict action on this matter but at the same time my deducted amount will not be reversed back. I want this issue to be taken seriously otherwise every month whenever my salary will be credited in my account it will be debited autometically for nothing.

I hope i will get this problem sorted out as soon as possible.
