Reversal of Late payment fee & intrest

Dear Sir,

I made the payment of my credit card (4718630003106175) bill in time by cheque dated 10/2, on 10/2, But due to reason well known to you the cheque could not proceed for payment in time i.e. 14/2. I requested many times in your customer care to revert the late payment & other charges but in vain.

You are once again requested to revert to revert the above said charges which are wrongly imposed on me immediately to avoid further harassment.
