As at the end of October I have a closing balance of pluspoint at 2175 in my credit card No.4718 6100 0267 3292 of which I would like to redeem 2000 pluspoints for Item code G031 (Shopers Shop Voucher worth Rs.1000/-). I therefore request you to do the needful as I could not contact your customer care line for the last two to three days it is kept engaged all the time in all your numbers.
