Dear sir,

My Name is Deepak Jain, Axis bank credit card Holder. My Credit card No. is 4718630003581591. I am registered the complain for Amount Debited from My credit card & not credit to merchant A/C.

Following complain ragisterd to axis bank but we have not solution the same.

please see the matter

I have do 9000/- purchasing from Rashi Jewellers on dated 02.Dec through My credit card. At the time swap the card, transaction reflect DECLINE. but 9000/- rs debited from credit card & not credit 9000/- RS in merchant account.

Kindly settlement my account. Kindly given credit to merchant account or cancel the amount of my transaction.

Regarding the matter I talk to call cent ere no 18002095577 Call ref no.612935 but his executive no positive response the matter. after that i gone to Your AXIS BANK (Y.N.) BRANCH & talk to Mr. Aditya kumar but he not help me & says "i dont know i am not customer care" Due to your dearness i face very financial problem.

I have provide every document tp AXIS BANK which required but still not solution my problem Kindly lok the matter.
