Axis Bank Debil Card (Gold card)

I am an SB Account holder in Axis Bank, Madurai. My A/c No.is 109010100107846. I have requested to convert my Debit Card into International Gold Card at Madurai branch on 30.12.2010.

The executive who acknowledged my request, told me that it will be sent in 10 days.

But after lapsing 11 days the above card has not yet been received by me. I have decided to fly US on 26th Jan 11. I request that the above request may kindly be complied with immediatly.
