Unable to recieve money but deducted from my acct

Sir i have visited an Citibank atm today at arround 7 PM at THE HUB goregaon east branch and processed for Rs 8000/- cash withdrawl from my debit card it was processed but the error has been reported and money was not issued and i got the reciept indicating

and i could not get money

BUT since i was in the need of money i tried again and with same card again i got the money and for my surprise

i got the reciept representing 8000/- 8000/- withdawal i.e. sixteen thousand withdrawal

please rectify the error as it gave me quite a good shock.
