Amount deducted as consolidated charges without information

Hello Sir

my a/c no is 212010100040734. On 26th of december. 2009 Rs 750/- and Rs77.25/- was deducted from my account with reference to CONS and SERV respectively.

I can understand about the service charges, but why this amount of Rs750/- has been deducted from my account please explain.
