Non-Refund of Registration money of DDA Housing Scheme

I have been trying to contact Mr Gaurav Tandon of Axis Bank as per the information given in the brochure for DDA Housing Scheme 2010 (ie 011-24531284). But this is always busy. Needless to say that I have not yet recived the refund of registration money because of some reason even after about a month after the draw. The details of my bank are as given below:
