Lack of respovsibility

Dear Sir/madam

This is in regards to the lack of responsibility shown by the employees of Axis bank (Home Loan Division - Dondaparthy) towards the change of mailing address request which was submitted on Dec. 27th 2011. I personally visited the Bank to confirm the request twice however nothing has been done so far whereas the cutt off time set by Axis bank is 7 working days. I am facing Issues in receiving the Bank statements and required information.

Request yourll to look into this matter and resolve it as it is inconvenient for customers like us.
