Reschedule of EMI on actual amount of loan. Bank charging on sanctioned amount since last one yea

Dear Sir,

I have taken home loan from Axis Bank. My sanctioned loan was around 50 lakhs. However, I took only 38.6 lakhs. They are charging EMI on 50 lakhs since october.

Current outstanding is Rs 3625326 as on 4th July. I am requesting them to reschedule the EMI as on current outstanding. I have requested them on 7th July in writting. However still they are forcing me to pay EMI on Rs 50 lakhs, which is difficult for me.

Services to home loan customer is very poor. They have only one branch in Fort and they ask to submit the document their, which make highly uncomfortable. It delay in processing of papers and cost customers in delay payment charges and interest.

AXIS bank agent M/s Vividh Finance Vashi, promised excellent services in beginning, while applying for loan. Now, even for small formalities, we have to go to AXS Bank Fort office, where customers have to wait for hours.

Your urgent action will help us from such harrasement.
