Dear sir

I have Axis Bank account in Hyderbad (srinagar colony branch) on 11-aug i tried to withdrawl money 3000/- from dhanalaxmi ATM center In new bowenpally hyderbad. but i didn't received amount but 3000/- debited in my account next day i made complant my branch Srinagar colony (AXIS BANK) on 12-aug, they said they will debit in to your accoun in 15 dyas, after 14 days again i talked with bank people they said dhnalaxmi bank people no resopnd for this issue plz help me with this issue
