Charging of Parking money in the Bank premises without Receipt

This is to bring to your notice that the AXIS BANK (Kalyaninagar Pune) located at the MARIGOLD BUILDING Behind AD-labs Kalyaningar Pune are charging Rs10. for the people parking two wheelers at the parking that is located at the side of the Building. On asking for the Receipt the BANK PERSONAL stated that the parking was a private parking and they had the right to charge the money and on demanding for the receipt they said that no receipt will be provided.

Is this right that the bank can charge people without giving them any receipt.
