I am operating a saving bank account with Axis Bank, Vikas Puri Branch. I have been charged Rs.1930.00 (including service tax) as not maintaining minimum average balance of Rs. 5000.00. when I contacted the branch's staff regarding the charges (becouse as per my passbook average balance for the quarter Oct. 09 to Dec.09 is more than 9000.00) they told me that the quarter as per bank is 14 sep 09 to 14 oct 09. Please tell me what to do further becouse they had not informed me regarding their quarter which is not standard.
