Illegal charges on DD

Dear Sir,

As per IGNOU tieup with Axis bank, Bank will not charges on DD for IGNOU MBA courses (IGNOU in favour of New Delhi), But Axis bank Delhi Road Rohtak has charges as 56 Rs. per DD on IGNOU favouring New Delhi.

Today (17 Sep) Axis bank has issued two checks on IGNOU favouring New Delhi and charged as Rs 56 per DD.

Please help me to refund my amount for Two checks (56 56=112 Rs).
