Deduction of Rs. 35000 till date without informorming me

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am holding an account i.e. 624010100029111 in your bank and this is reference with my application dated 7/09 which I personaly gave to bank stating the complaint that I am not satisfied with your services because when I was opening this a/c in your bank I was not been informed by "Mr Sachin" who was the executive of your bank that the minimum balance of amount Rs 5000 is mandotary to maintain in acount otherwise Rs 700 will be charged. Deduction have been made continously from my account with informing me and I wrote and application to you as well regarding the same but no action has been taken yet. So I kindly request you to refund that particular amount and convert this account to Zero Balance Account. Whatever formalities are required you can let me know.
