NON RECEIVENCE OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS AFTER FULL & FINAL PAYMENT OF HOME LOAN A/C. No. PH2000100035202

With reference to the above said subject, we have made FULL & FINAL HOME LAON

Payment for our Home Loan A/c. No. PH2000100035202, on Dt. 09.04.2011 of

Rs. 1, 60, 062/- by Cheque, on Bhavnagar AXIS BANK, Branch. Then we have

also made Rs. 492/- by Cash payment on 13th April, towards our

Final payment of HOME LOAN.

On that day, 9th April, we have been committed that, you will

receive the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT FILE within 15 to 20 Days, by Mr.

Jigneshbhai,

at AXIS BANK, Bhavnagar.

Now, we call for our Document to Jigneshbhai, every time he reply for

next 8 to 10

Days, So, I personally request you to please let me know the real time, when we

Receive the ORIGINAL DOCUMENT FROM BANK.
