Transection or Rs.10000 happened but Atm machine never dispensed the money

A transection of Rs.10000 was made on 4th of july at the Palam Axis ATM Machine though the mini statement shows the transection but I never received any money from the ATM Machine My name is J.Thangadurai, It's been one month and till now i never got any response form the bank after repetitive request to look into it. I would request the forum to take some strict action as it 's my monthly salary.
