Wrong Deduction

Dear Sir,

I have an account with axis bank ltd, my act no. is 910010002122398.actually i have debited 10, 000 rs by Pnb bank atm from chandausi training college branch 31st of january but i have recieved only 7, 000 by atm but balance has been diducted 10, 000 rs.i have mant time complaint registered of axis bank customer care and local branch chandausi but not till now any sallution and bank is saying transiction was succesful.

so i there for request you to pls take proper action against bank and than pls tansfer my wrond deduction amt 3, 000 rs credited my act.
