Complaint against Axis Bank Ltd

I have saving account at Kotak Mahindra bank Ltd. I have done transaction from Axis Bank ATM at hisar on dated 02-01 timing 13:33:15 with the amount of Rs/.8500 but during the transaction I received only Rs/.1500 and rest Rs/. 7000 i did not receive.

A lot of complaints raised against that ATM in that period and also axis bank employees admitted that.

All such kind of complaints related to Axis Bank customers are solved.

Kotak Bank raised this issue many times with Axis Bank but they denied however that particular day That ATM shows excess fund of Rs/.7000.

And also not providing Video Footage.
