Norms of collection consolidated charge of saving account accoding to RBI guidence

I am a savings account holder of Axis bank, Bagnan branch. The bank deduct Rs1230.90 from my S/B account as CONSOLIDAYTD CHARGE. Bank did not get any information regrading CONSOLIDATED CHARE COLLECTION Method or any norms. I have been sent a mail to branch head oh this bank, but branch head remain silence regrading CONSOLIDATED CHARGE COLLECTION NORMS.
