Deduction of a online payment twice in same a/c

I made a online payment on 23 mar 12 for Rs.2377/ against a electricity bill in the favour of Kesko Kanpur. the payble Amount is deducted twice from my A/c. Same is intimated to by a written complaint on 26, 29/03 and 01/05.

I made No. of calles for a quary but they have not taken any action to refund my money even after such a long time. They told me I have mailed your complainet wait for reply. they have given a id for me to log a complaint to Kanpur.operationhead@axisbank.com . same has been done by me on 02.05.12.
