Axis bank unwanted fine charge

Dear concern

i was taken Loan from your Axis bank on 2008 (Loan account no.245010601492527), one year pay through cheques, after one i appied for ECS, fill all paper and submitted to bank, due to not submitted ECS paper to my ICICI bank, ECS not process,

ECS not process not inform to me, after some time some recovery agent come to my house for collecting money, that time i knew that ECS not process, for all this activity you charge me late payment charge and at time of loan offer condition was return back of 1% amount of loan amount.

due to mistake from your side recovery person come to my house, you also late payment charge me.

so i want revert my 150 Rs late payment charge and as per condition return me back 1% of amount.

and reply me ASAP.
