Axis Bank Visa Credit Card
F& F Settlement made still receiving messages for payment dues. Card has been blocked

I have been using Axis Credit card for last 3 years. Purchasing was done with same and payments were done without failure. But from last June 2 payments were dalayed. As such a agent from axis bank called and informed that if F& F settlement of a particular amount is made the CC dues can be cleared. But the credit card cannot be used in future. I agreed and made F&F in Sept. An agent from Ernakulam office came and collected the amount and gave the receipt. But from last 2 months I am receiving SMS to make payment for balance amount with huge interest. Can anyone please explain what is the meaning for F&F Settlement as I've heard it as Full and Final Settlement.
