Axix Bank Salary Account
Change of of salary account into savings account without the consent or customer or wihout any intimation

Respected Sir, Through you I would like to state my grievance against Axis Bank, Nirman Bhawan Branch, New Delhi. That I opened a salary account with the bank while working in M/o Health & F.W. However, on transfer from this office ECS credit of salary was stopped from August onwards. While depositing a cheque for Rs.56000/- into my account I came to know that Rs.671 has been deducted by the bank. the same was brought to the notice of the bank in writing but despite reapted requested no reply was received from the bank. Howeve, on checking over telephone, Mr. Mukesh an employee of the bank informed verbly that my account has been converted into saving account due to non-receipt of salary and deductions have been made on account non-maintenance of minimum quarterly balance. I requested him to send the details of rule where the bank can change one account into other without the knowledge of the customer. However, despite my two reminders no written reply has been received. In fact they have made some more deductions for the same reasons. I shall be grateful, if you could kindly help me for getting my hard earned money back which has been deducted by the bank. Thanking you. Your sincerely, Naval Kishore
