I wish to bring to your kind notice that I have settled the dues of my credit card bearing no 4629864064495007 on the basis of your letter ref no: ICWE1MUM/0515401/FWO DATED 21ST MAY.The receipyt of Rs 2500/-.The payment receipt bearing no: C0409 8115365 dated 23st May is also deliverd to me by the bank. Yet my cibil report isnt updated and showing "written off" status instead of "Closed or Settled" status. Request you to kindly update the cibil report immediately as its almost approaching a year and yet the CIBIL report isnt updated. Request you to please send me the mail and letter corresponding closed status with a copy to cibil.
