Fals information & fund deduction

I have received a call from 120-47918700 & 120-47917200 on dated-15.03.12 at time of 1:00 to 4:00 PM. She (Ms. Kanika and Nirmala) told me that we are calling from Bag it today regarding the win Rs.1 lakh and purchase of 6nos. diamond, lcd tv 22'' reebok bag and sunglasses against booking ID 580000656. she asked me my credit details for payment but I am not confirm to her for payment. and amount has been deducted Rs.29999/- from my credit card. Kindly help to me. and what can i do.
